Accommodation

The main house sleeps 10 in 5 en-suite bedrooms. Two of these have a third bed. The main bedroom has a 6’ king size bed, a dressing room/study and a bath and shower. All the other beds are 6’ and will split into 2 singles. Bedroom 2 has a bath and shower, bedroom 3 a shower, and bedroom 4 a shower over the bath. Bedroom 5 is on the ground floor and has a bath.

The utility room, next to bedroom 5, has a shower and the washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the ground floor one salon with old bread oven and wood burning stove has the television (with Sky) and DVD .The computer is in the study along with games and jigsaws. There is wi-fi in the kitchen, study and main bedroom. The larger salon has a wood burning stove, CD player and plenty of books.

The kitchen with French doors onto the terrace has a large electric oven, gas hob, microwave, American fridge freezer, Magimix, Kenwood, ice cream maker. Most importantly there are 2 dishwashers and a larder, lots of crockery and workspace

The barn has 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with French doors to the garden. Again 6’ beds that can be split. Up a few steps from the first floor salon is a double aspect kitchen with Rayburn, electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and seating for 6.

Table tennis and table football are in an open barn in the courtyard. The pond, partly shaded by a willow, is a haven for wild life. It is however unfenced so not suitable for very young children. The pool is unfenced but has an alarm.
